This time, I visited Jidori・Kappo cuisine Ando in Kobe Sannomiya.
The restaurant is located on the east side of Ikuta Shinmichi, about a 2-3 minute walk from Sankita Square.
This area has many bar, as well as many cost-effective restaurants. The restaurant is located in one of Sannomiya’s bustling nightlife districts. This area is close to the station and has many reasonably priced restaurants, but this particular restaurant offers a more upscale price range and a calm atmosphere for dining.
The dishes were carefully prepared, and everything I tried was delicious. Especially, as the restaurant’s name suggests, the free-range chicken was exceptional. The sashimi of chicken breast, charcoal-grilled thing meat, and liver with ponzu were absolutely delicious.



I had the seasonal tempura, and it was fried in high-quality oil, making it light and easy to digest without causing any heaviness afterward. It was excellent tempura.

The restaurant is located on the second floor of a three or four story building, and you enter by going up the stairs to the second floor. The restaurant is well-maintenanced and had a clean, inviting atmosphere.
The restaurant has about 5-6 counter seats and three table seats, so it might be a good idea to make a reservation before visiting.
