I visited Fujino, a Japanese cuisine and kappō-style restaurant located in Nakayamatedori, Sannomiya.
I went there for a business dinner, and it turned out to be a wonderful experience — the atmosphere was excellent, and the food was delicious. I originally planned to order à la carte, but since they currently only offer set courses, I decided to go with the course that includes Kobe beef.
The course included reliably delicious dishes such as sashimi and grilled alfonsino, along with several creative dishes featuring seasonal fruits like persimmons and figs, allowing me to enjoy the excitement of trying something new.
The meal ended with chestnut rice, allowing me to fully enjoy the flavors of autumn — it was a deeply satisfying finish to the course.

Each dish—from the choice of plate to the ingredients and presentation—was crafted with remarkable attention to detail, making it a restaurant where you can truly savor and appreciate the dining experience. There are two course options available—one priced at ¥6,800 and the other at ¥8,800. This time, I chose the ¥8,800 course.
It seems the restaurant also has private rooms, and since it was very quiet and peaceful, I’d highly recommend it for business dinners or formal gatherings.
